"Since working for WWIN, I have had the opportunity to experience all aspects of the service! I have been supported with progression, and have had amazing training throughout my time here"

- Chelsea, WWIN team member

Attitude is more important than experience - we need people who can relate and respond to service user needs and are willing to learn. In this respect, we are happy to take developmental staff with a passion for this area of work. If you think this is you, please submit an application or call us for a chat.

WWIN strives to be an equal opportunity employer. There will be no discrimination in respect of ethnicity, racial heritage, colour, nationality, culture, religion, age, sex, class, marital status, sexuality, disability or criminal record. This list is not exhaustive. There will be no discrimination on these grounds in the terms and conditions offered to employees or job applicants.

WWIN is a feminist organisation that delivers a range of services to women, girls and children who have been subjected to domestic and sexual abuse. Consequently, many of our roles are open to women only,  where Occupational Requirement (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1) applies.
