We’re looking for committed staff with a range of skills. You will need some experience in a Domestic Abuse or similar setting, resilience, good boundaries and a commitment to supporting families.
1. Volunteer Co-ordinator – We need a dynamic lead to harness the significant support we have in communities and from our beneficiaries. This post will recruit, train and retain a team of volunteers that will operate across all our service areas.
2. Refuge Project Workers: Various flexible Posts. Could you provide quality advice and guidance to women and their children living in the refuge in the community? Posts include out of hours cover, sleepovers and various shift work.
3. Outreach Worker: Able to work on your own initiative supporting families to be safer? Our Outreach Team works with a varied group of beneficiaries across a range of issues. If you are seeking a varied interesting job that really makes a difference this is good opportunity for you.
We are able to provide quality training and a good personal development plan for less experienced staff.
