You can call us on our main office number, no matter what you need. A team member will be able to help you and direct you to the right person or service if needed.

You can also call us on our helpline which is a freephone number. This number is available out of hours until 9pm each day.

Out of hours

One-to-one support is available out of hours, in person or by phone, on:

Tuesday 7:30 am - 9:00 am

Tuesday 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm (last appointment at 6:00 pm)

Appointments for these times need to be made in advance by contacting the main office during normal office hours by phone, webchat or email.

​

Out of hours appointments on other days can also be arranged where needed.
